About
ACRES stands for Amy Christine's Real Estate Solutions. The Collective is you.
I got my California real estate license in 1997. In the nearly three decades since, I've practiced at five different brokerages, worked my own transactions, and consulted with more than 200 top-performing agents across the country — which means I've seen the inside of this business from just about every angle it has.
And from every angle, the same pattern kept showing up. The agents who struggled weren't short on talent or work ethic. They were short on three things: time, marketing know-how, and a strategic plan. Brilliant at the transaction, improvising at everything around it — the follow-up that almost happened, the database nobody could sort, the past client who listed with someone else because someone else stayed in touch.
That's not a talent problem. It's a systems problem, and systems can be taught.
I wrote Level Up Your Real Estate Business: The Modern Agent’s Roadmap to Success to put the best practices of top performers — business planning, brand marketing, lead generation, content, online presence — into an order any agent could follow. The courses grew from there: one that walks an agent through building the whole marketing system themselves, and one that trains their assistant to run it — because a strategy the agent has no time to execute isn't a strategy, it's a wish list.
I believe businesses are built on relationships with people, not transactions — and everything I teach starts there. As a small business owner myself, I have a particular soft spot for fellow female entrepreneurs building something of their own.
I live in Sonoma County with my darling Cavalier King Charles, enjoying everything the Bay Area offers from the mountains to the sea — usually with a leash in one hand.
